1. We do not allow puppies
2. Dogs are allowed indoors but are not allowed in bedrooms, on carpets, beds or furniture.
3. Do not allow your wet dog in the house, this can leave a lingering smell in the house that is difficult to remove. Penalties will apply.
4. Dogs barking frequently or for extended periods is not acceptable. All dogs bark occasionally, including mine, but it is your responsibility to control your dog and ignoring them until they stop is not an option.
5. BYO blanket/bed for your dog to sleep.
6. The towels in the bathroom are for humans only.
7. Please report any accidents so I can ensure they are cleaned up properly – this will be at the expense of the guest.
8. If your dog sheds hair then there is a vacuum cleaner in the laundry to clean it up before leaving.
9. Dogs must not be left on their own in the house. There is a kennel in a shaded area at the rear of the house if you need to leave them.
10. All dog poop must be picked up before departure. A fee will be charged if we need to do it.
